All orders are shipped Ground unless requested for expedited shipping

Return & Exchange Policy

 

Little Flower Collective offers 15-day return and exchange policy. Send return and exchanges, at customer's expense. Please enclose reason for return(s) with your address and phone number. The customer is responsible to pay for shipping back to Little Flower Collective, and the shipping costs of the replacement items.

 

Requirements for a Full Refund

  • Floral accessories must be in new condition

  • Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories

  • Hair accessories must be unworn

  • Cut flowers can not be returned 

  • No returns on fresh floral wreaths

  • Orchid plants can not be returned.
